75G Impact Label is specifically designed to detect the shocks during transportation. It is attached at the outer side of box in order to identify the vibration, impact and falling of inside product. Once it cross the value of 75 G, this indicator window change colour from red to white which cannot be reset. This 75G Impact Label is utilized for the products like connectors, motherboards and wafer etc. It has great adhesion that allows its longer stay on the surface.

Product introduction:

During the transportation, Impact Label 75G detects any shock, vibration or impact. This label when attached to the packages works to detect if the products is subjected to any kind of vibration or impact that can cause damage. If the impact and vibration force exceeds the set 75G value, the label will change the color of its indicator window to red from white.

Principles

Impact label, also called damage indicator label, works on the principle of using the surface tension as well as the liquid viscosity for controlling the value of the acceleration G. 75g is the external impact force of the product setting and if it is reached to the level, then the red liquid will begin to flow as the strength is more than the critical point of the attachment.

Function

Impact Label is mainly used on the package. The label allows the deliver personnel to periodically monitor the goods and find out if the goods are subjected to any shock or impact during transportation. The personnel aware of the label carefully transports goods. This is the main reason of reduced damage rate of goods by over 70%.
